tweaked the design giving it an elastic waistband with a

I love these pants, but did not like having to take
them completely off to go to the restroom.
I have redesigned them, replacing all the ties at the
waist with one small row of elastic, and a drawstring
close.
The sides are still open to the thigh, as this is the
best feature of these pants.
The top is also a bit different this year. More like a
kerchief for lack of a better word.
